Would you like to join our friendly well-established team of volunteers who make a huge difference in the lives of those in need?

We’re seeking compassionate volunteers to join us in supporting clients needing help with form filling.

Whether you’re a professional with some spare time or enjoying your retirement, your skills can make a huge difference!

Your Role

Start with a welcoming training session to get you comfortable in your role.

Assess what benefits someone may be entitled to.

Help clients fill out both paper and online forms, including PIP, DLA, AA, and blue badge applications, ensuring they clearly explain how their disability or illness affects their daily lives.

Assist with other forms too, such as housing applications.

What Skills Do You Need?

A friendly and approachable nature.
