The Kingsteignton Memory Café turned into a lively musical haven during Dementia Awareness Week.
With Mary masterfully playing the harmonica and Sandra delighting us on the keyboard, everyone danced to a delightful selection of country tunes.
A refreshing interlude featured cups of tea and scrumptious homemade rock cakes, lovingly prepared by our dedicated volunteer Liz.
Re-energised, we returned to the dance floor, concluding our afternoon with a spirited quiz.
Mark your calendars for the next Memory Café on Tuesday, June 11th at 2pm at the United Reformed Church Hall.
We will be serenaded by the talented choir of St Michael’s School.
