About Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise or sport. It involves slow, flowing movements combined with deep, steady breathing, often described as “meditation in motion.” The practice is believed to help balance and direct the body’s energy, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Seated Sessions

Join us Every Friday for our seated gentle flow sessions. This group is ideal for beginners or those with limited mobility.

Intermediate Sessions

Join us Every Friday for our intermediate sessions. This group is ideal for those who are Tai Chi regulars or for those wanting more of a challenge from the seated sessions.
